Purpose
Use this procedure to enable JavaScript in Adobe Reader. This solution is offered to clients who are experiencing difficulties opening the Adobe interactive form in OSRconnect. The interactive form requires JavaScript to be enabled in Adobe Reader to display correctly and allow form functions and user selections to operate.

Prerequisites
A computer with Adobe Reader (version 9 or higher) installed Helpful Hints

o OSRconnect’s Adobe interactive forms may not operate correctly on computers that have both the Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional software installed. It is highly recommended that you access OSRconnect from a PC that has only the Adobe Reader software installed.
o It is recommended that you close all web browser sessions before starting this procedure.
